Shipping and Handling

UPS is our exclusive provider for daily shipping.  Mat products are relatively heavy and the cost of shipping depends on the location and weight of the order. We will use UPS Live Rates for all shipments and guarantee to provide the best shipping price to our customers. The Shipping & Handling total includes 1 UPS box ($3.50 each) fee. Return Policy

You may return your purchase due to product defects or shipping error for an exchange or full refund within ten business days after you receive your order. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs and making all return shipping arrangements. We recommend that you re-pack the products in its original packaging materials and container. All returns must be received in their original condition. If you decide to cancel an order, please notify us of your decision within 2 hours of placing your order.
